Account and Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your ABC AI Shopping account identity at any time. This applies whether you signed in with email, Google, Facebook, or Apple. The sections below explain what is removed and how to start the process.
Delete your account in the app
Open ABC AI Shopping, choose Profile from the menu, then find the Danger Zone and choose Delete account.
Read the retention notice, type DELETE, and select Delete permanently.
The app confirms completion only after your account identity is permanently deleted. If the request fails, you remain signed in and can safely try again.
If you cannot access the app, email dev@abcteknology.com from the account email with the subject "Delete my account". We may verify ownership before processing the request.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, linked sign-in providers)
- Saved preferences and precise delivery location
- Push notification tokens for your devices
- Your authentication sessions and device identifiers
Removing ABC AI Shopping from your Facebook account only
If you only want to revoke Facebook access without deleting your ABC AI Shopping account, go to Facebook's Settings & Privacy → Apps and Websites, find ABC AI Shopping, and remove it. Your ABC AI Shopping account remains until you complete the deletion process above.
What we keep
We keep conversation and search records to improve the service, and limited records where security, fraud prevention or the law requires, for no longer than necessary.
