ABC Teknology ("we", "our", "us") operates the ABC AI Shopping mobile application and this website. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
Your name and email, the delivery location you set, your messages, searches and baskets, and the device and notification identifiers needed to keep you signed in. We never collect payment card details; purchases are completed directly with the retailer you choose.
2. How we use it
To sign you in, find stores that deliver to you, compare prices, build your basket, keep your chat history, send the notifications you ask for, and improve our results. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
3. Who we share it with
Only the providers that run the service: hosting, databases, authentication, Google Maps and Places, notifications, and AI and search infrastructure. These providers process data on our behalf under their applicable terms. We disclose information otherwise only where the law requires it.
4. Retention and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from your profile in the app. This permanently removes your profile, sign-in methods, saved location, preferences and notification tokens, and cannot be undone. We keep conversation and search records to improve the service, and limited records where security or the law requires, for no longer than necessary.
5. Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls, token-based authentication and restricted service credentials. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Cookies and tracking
Our app does not use cookies. Our website may use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Signing in with Google, Facebook or Microsoft
These providers give us your account identifier and basic profile details so we can create or link your account. We never receive your password. You can revoke access from that provider's account settings at any time.
8. Children
ABC AI Shopping is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
